Yes, ordering multiple scoops may result in duplicate items. It's hard to avoid the duplication of items with how our process works. However, you may provide personal preferences in the special notes section when placing your order. Our team carefully reads every note to ensure your experience is more personalized & we do our best to meet all of your expectations.

Due to each order being hand selected, our processing time is 0 - 3 business days. Please keep in mind, if the "Add-On Video" option is selected that it may require an additional processing day. This process requires more involvement & invested time for packing. Standard shipping will be added when placing an order, but additional fees may be required for various destinations. We do provide tracking information immediately after package has been shipped.

At your preference, we can create a video of our team packing your Surprise Trinket Box with an additional charge of $10.00. These videos are usually 30 - 120 seconds long & posted online to the following social media sites. Facebook, TikTok, and/or Instagram. We will tag your account in the video for your personal viewing or to share your exciting experience with your friends!
