• All packages are standard priority shipping by USPS. Packages can be expedited for quicker shipping at an additional cost. Please notify us in special instructions if you need your package quicker than the standard shipping rate.

• Each order will be packaged accordingly for the safety of the contents that are being packed inside of the box.

• Shipping prices will be listed on the order form when order is placed.

• We will notify the customer when their package has shipped along with the tracking information. We will not be responsible for any mailing issues after the package has been mailed out to the customer. Please contact the carrier for any tracking concerns.

• Please thoroughly review all mailing information before submitted your order. Invalid addresses or other discrepancies can be subjected to delay of shipment or the return of the package back to the seller. If the package is returned back to us, we will notify the customer for further instructions.

​​At My Creative Corner, we do our best to meet our customers' requests for item preferences and expectations. Our Surprise Trinket Boxes are carefully curated and packaged by hand. Each package contains surprise products and cannot be returned or refunded. Customers personal preferences and expectations are not valid reasons for returns and/or refunds. If at any point a return and/or refund is approved, customers will be responsible for full shipping and any other charges linked to returns. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or destroyed. If tracking states "delivered”, but you have not received your delivery yet, please contact the carrier for further assistance. If your package is sent back to us, we will contact you with further instructions. Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing it. After the 30-minute cancellation limit, all transactions are final and cannot be changed or refunded. As mentioned above, please thoroughly review all mailing information before submitting your order to avoid any delays of shipment or package returns.
